Don't Over Stuff Your Guides With Too Much Information

When I created my first guide, I loaded so much information into it that not even I wanted to review it. I promised myself I would before publishing, but that guide never saw the light of day. I archived it in my Notion workspace because I knew it wouldn't help anyone if no one would read it. When people don't read your guide because it's too long, they'll assume all your other products are the same and not worth buying.

That's why having a structured framework to solve one single problem is so important.

Take creator Steph, for example. She was creating a digital product to answer questions about marketing a business on Instagram. She said, "I created an online course about Instagram marketing. Desperate to make it the most valuable course possible, I stuffed it full of content and information. I knew it was valuable, but hardly anyone bought it". [1]

The problem she identified was that her product was overloaded with information that answered just about every question in one single product.

But what will people think when they see an enormous course with solutions for 20 different problems? It's too much.

They'll need to dig through 19 different problems worth of information just to find the single one they're looking for. And when they finally get to that one solution, it probably won't be as in-depth as it could have been if the product had focused on solving just that one single problem.

You Don't Know How to Structure or Write Your Guide

Whether you want to grow an audience or sell a digital product, the structure for writing a guide is the same. You need to provide value to the reader and present it in a way that keeps them engaged from start to finish.

Here's the thing. If your guide doesn't make sense immediately, you won't just fail to solve that person's problem. You'll lose a potential customer, subscriber, and fan. Someone who showed interest in your work but didn't get the value you promised them.

I can bet you do have the solution your audience is looking for. Your problem isn't that you lack the experience or knowledge to help them. Your problem is that you don't know how to present your solution in a systematic framework that holds their attention and explains things in an easy-to-understand format.

You don't know how to structure the beginning, middle, or end of your guide.

Most creators struggle to sell digital products because their free content falls short of actually helping someone. It's just another Notion link overloaded with information, poorly presented, and impossible for readers to actually work through from beginning to end.

The common struggles creators face when writing guides are:

  • Readers struggle to understand when sections don't connect well

  • Guides feel boring when they don't connect with real problems

  • Information feels ineffective without proper storytelling

  • It's hard to make sections flow smoothly together

  • Organizing ideas in a clear order is challenging

  • Poor structure makes guides confusing

The Solution: A Framework That Makes Your Guides Flow Naturally

Your guide needs to flow so well that your audience not only reads it through to the end, but actively wants more of your products. That's exactly why I created the Lead Magnet Blueprint Framework—a step-by-step system that shows you exactly how to structure, write, and present your guides so they actually help your audience and build trust in your brand.

Here's What Makes the Lead Magnet Blueprint Framework Different

This framework makes it incredibly easy to create a guide that your audience actually understands. It helps you solve the specific problem your readers are facing, and the structure flows so naturally that everything just makes sense to them from beginning to end.

But here's where it gets even better.

The framework also applies my signature product marketing strategy. This means you can naturally promote your next solution—your paid products—to your readers without feeling pushy or salesy. It becomes so much easier to make more sales through the products you are able to get into people’s hands.

If you've never been able to increase your customer's lifetime value (LTV) because you didn't know how to get them to buy more of your products, or even to start buying your first paid product, this framework builds that strategy directly into your guide.
